Hi
I just have two simple questions. How do I tease my hair like this?:

that is called teasing, right?
 
Also, I was thinking of dying my already [suppose to be] champagne blonde color to a darker or maybe lighter blonde and adding some other lowlights. Maybe like a deep red (nothing bright) and brown. I can't find any pictures to take to a salon though, can someone please help me? I'm so scared she'll mess up!
