Does this sound like a good reg My hair is about 5in the top of my neck in a layered bob but thin i guess form weaves. My new regimen will be:
Sham- with Motions CPR 1x week
Con- with Motions CPR 1x week
Deep Con- Hair mayo 2x week
Leave-in - Infusium
Air dry - spray with Surge 14 when almost dry
Moisturize- with Tea tree with Shea butter especially the ends 2x day
Wrap my hair with a satin scarf every night
This is a new regimen hope it works!!!

I like to use Miss Keys 10 en 1 or ORS replenshing pak, any con w/out protein can be used as a deep con, I prefer thick and creamy cons as deep conditioners...I put the con on and sit under a hooded dryer or keep on for 45 min. you dont have to get rid of the hair mayo. you can try doing a deep con with it every 2 weeks instead ------------- |
