i have always wonder about this topic but us blacks need to discuss this topic others too if u like (hapanic's White ect ) because as black we know our race is tha sh@# pretty much we are tha best when it come to fashion
sports stlye we are tha best every one knows i would any one to comment on it if u can.

"Proper" if you mean speaking in a well educated manner. A BLACK person can be proper. So can mexicans, asians,white, etc.etc.etc.
