I am too much of a newbie to know if this is caused by cheap BSS hair... I have 6 oz of machine weft BSS hair sewn into knotted tracks of my own hair. I have dry hair and my scalp has always itched a bit, but not like this. I do not have dandruff either.
I am going nuts here and scratching myself all the time. Not too attractive, huh? LOL
ANy tips from you pros on how to avoid this in the future and what I can do now for relief?

| a little cotton puff dabbed in sea breeze or witch hazel (i just use whatever facial toner i have around) patted along the itchy scalp areas can help at least temporarily |

| Quick question, BSS = Bohyme silky straight?? Some say olive oil is good for an itchy scalp, not sure if youd want to use that with your extensions though! |

Whenever I use to get an itchy scalp from bss extentions i would spray infusion 23 on my scalp and it would stop the itching and put moisture back on my scalp. Plus it's good for your hair. |

Also keep in mind that if your scalp itches longer than just a couple of days then you may be allergic to the hair (bss hair is a combination of things, one of which you may be sensitive to) ------------- http://www.cardomain.com/id/yuanti |

| itchy scalp--- oh yes...that has been ME the past 2 weeks! I have pinch braids and they itch like a mother. Now, just at 2 weeks they are starting to calm dowm. I think it must be the braid method that causes tension on the scalp...and the itchiness. |
