Hi every one. I was wondering if anyone at all would know how many fusion strands a 4 oz weft would make? I would be grateful for a approximate calculalion! Thanx in advance! :)

I'd say 100 if you made them not too big or small.......if anything maybe less.
How long is the hair? If it is 18" it would probably make about
100, if it is longer considerably less.......and of course if it were
shorter considerably more.

Any more guesses for how many strands in a 4 oz weft of 24 inches?

Then, in my non-expert opinion I would say about 70?? I'm always surprised how much hair I need when I pretip.
I had hair about that lengh before in strand by strand methods,
and I'm a little heavy on the pre-tips but I'd say 70 would be right
for what I had. If you go a little lighter on the tips you could
very well get 100 out of it.
I think some hair weighs more than others anyway, I know it sounds odd
but even when I am getting the full 4oz when I order the actual
quantity differs so much. The asian hair seems to weigh more
(therefore get less) than indian hair, etc and I think some companies
treat the hair with stuff to make it weigh more. That includes
Bohyme, the hair is super long and weights a ton. A pack weights
4oz, but I am wearing over 11oz and it is about as much as I wore
with 8oz of hair from EP in the same length.
How thick is the weft? How long is the weft (or total of the wefts)?
I wear my hair very long, and I have yet to get away with less than 8oz
for a full head install even though I hear differently. Are you
trying to see if it will be enough for your head? How thick is
your natural hair?
If you are trying to guage how the amount will look in your hair bobby
pin it real quick and see how much different it looks in comparison
with your natural hair, and remember of course it will blend better in
strands and after you wash it all together.........but it will
definitely give you a rough idea.

Hello longhairaddict. Well it is hair I have had for ages. I know it is single drawn and was thinking of making it into strands for fusion. Something I haven't done before. I have read somewhere on this forum you need about 200 strands for a full head.
I have fairly fine hair but a ALOT of it . I just would love to go super long like you! :)
