Date Posted: March 27 2000 at 5:37pm I know you say you have tried everything, but try ARTec smoothing shampoo and conditioner. I have similar hair - very very coarse and dryand frizzy and it is the ONLY shampoo and conditioner that actually makes my hair feel silky. Let me know. Replies:
