I have below the shoulder relaxed hair.  I was looking to get kinky twist.  Will I be able to achieve this style? Any replies will be greatly appreciated.

No reason why you couldn't get this style.. You might want to start with a consultation with the person who is doing your hair..

If you have a relaxer the hair will not stay twisted you will have to add in some tyoe of hair.
