Hi all!!!  I have been reading this board for some time now and don't think I have ever posted.  I have done wefts sew in.   (just one row)  off and on now for over 15 years, much more off.

Anyway I just bought 1.5 oz from Extension plus and in the past used his and hers.  (very dissappointed in last few orders from his and hers) but my question is where is the best place to get hair???  I think the hair is ok, but not the greatest!!!   I did get the best they had too!!!.. so is it just me and I'm expecting to much or is the quality of hair just not as good as it used to be?

Thak you!!!   Smile

European...  it's not thats it's bad, but it seems to me I remember once getting really really soft beautiful hair???   I have very soft fine hair and it's hard to find quality hair like that, but I have only orderd with his and hers and then the extension-plus place, because it was on the extension 101 sight as very good hair,

Might I add, I just ordered Jetset and installed this weekend (body, 18 inch) and although it arrives looking soft and beautiful, once washed, the texture has turned frizzy and hay-like..I am so disappointed!! I straighted it last night and attemped to put some nice loopy curls in it and it won't hold a curl at all!!! I had heard wonderful things about jetset but it appears to me that the quality and customer service has gone down!! I am currently seeking better hair myself at this time..Just my 2 cents!!

I too am on a quest lol so far Bohyme looks like the most reliable bet, but im also looking at flashpoint 909 because it comes shoelaced tipped which would save me tipping it myself (for most probably a microlink install).

Well then I feeling pretty good!!! the quality is not that bad!! after I washed it and used conditioner I think it's pretty good!!!   I just remember some time ago it being better!!  but the customer service at extensions plus is amazing!!!!  the hair I got has a nice wave, just like I asked for.  I think it's getting softer with time???   is this possible?  Smile

Some of the best longest lasting hair I have ever ordered was from Extensions Plus.. From the quality of the hair to the construction of the wefts, hands down it's the BEST hair I've ever worn after MANY years of wearing extensions & braids (and subjecting myself to some pretty crappy hair along the way). You can wear this hair with proper care for YEARS.. Not many hair companies can say this about their product.. It's all about the quality of the hair and most importantly the construction of the weft.. You can have the BEST hair in the world, but if the weft is poorly constructed then you will not be wearing the hair long at all.. IMO Extensions Plus scores high on both of these points!!!

I'm anxious to try the Wagman Primus hair I purchased because I've heard NOTHING but consistently good reviews of this hair. (similar to the reviews of Extensions Plus hair)

Extensions Plus will ALWAYS be a staple in my hair stash..

I think I have the answer it's not that the quality is bad , for this hair is very awesome!!!  and seems to be getting better with time????   just the texture is not quite like mine.  Its very soft hair and has the exact curl I wanted, mine is just a tad finer then this hair.  But the Russian hair is finer and I think that will be a perfect match!!!! I put a new picture and that is with the EP hair.  I know they are very small but I don' t know yet how to post pictures.

And that is a HUGE difference!!!

Just a tip.. the best way to get a dead on texture/color match is to send Extensions Plus a hair sample.. I know for a FACT (especially after seeing their operation up close and personal) that there really isn't a hair texture/color they CAN'T match.. This isn't a company that specializes in ONE hair type/texture.  Plus trying to describe your hair over the phone to someone is a GUESSING game for both sides.. You're only HOPING that the color and texture will be what you want versus SHOWING someone what it is you are looking for..

Good luck with the Russian hair.. Just know that just like any other virgin hair, there will be variances with the colors and textures.. If you matched dead on the first time GREAT, but every Russian woman doesn't have the same color or texture hair no more than every Indian woman has the same color or texture hair.. Each donors hair is unique. This is the nature of the beast when buying virgin unprocessed hair..
