Hey. I'm a guy with hair that comes down to just above my eyes... I want to get this "out of the shower" look that makes your hair look like its been blowdried for only a little, so it looks a little wet, but a little dry at the same time...

Sorry if that is confusing, but say you get out of the shower and just towel dry your hair for like a minute... Thats the kind of look I want, something thats "greasy" and wet looking AND LASTS.

I'v already tried hair gell! Is there any type of gell or product that can do this?

sorry this is so confusing, but i cant find any photos yet..

Do you mean the wet, greasy waves look?
A lot of lines of styling products have special gel for this, I've bought a kind called 'Wet Shine' from Garnier Fructis. The key to achieving this is using a lot of the gel, if you want it to stay all day, and I mean a lot. I've done this before, but I have very thick hair so it would take a ton of gel to get it to stay all day, so usually i just put in a little and it will dry after a while, but my waves will be shapely and controlled. If you use a lot of gel you can achieve this, but I wouldn't use a hair dryer. Part of it will dry on its own and the rest will stay gelled down, heat does nasty things with gel, in my opinion.
