Bleach/Frost/Highlight/Dye

OK I'll try to do this, not an expert--

Bleach: use developer and creme all over, decolorizes hair

Frost: same as highlight? Or maybe only the tips or made lighter

highlight: color at least 2 shades lighter than your natural color. Lowlights are shades darker than your hair color

Dye: Coloring for your hair, although I read some have peroxide in them to get in your hair
