I got the new American Dream catalog in the mail the other day - it is really something else. What's funny is that they have some new items - imagine that!! One is, of course, the hottest-newest method in hair extensions, the QuickStick - which is just their rendition of ProTac! Give me a break.
Next, they have a whole new line of products called.....LIQUID GOLD! Glue, shampoo, conditioner, sealer, remover, the works. Is there no end to the plagarism, I ask you. They also feature the newest hottest styling tool, the vibrating/heating razor! My God - the innovations just keep on coming! And best of all, you can learn to use these cutting edge techniques in their classes which run something like 350 pounds - seems a bit steep to show someone how to install Protac. But whatever. It's a fun catalog, but there isn't a snowball's chance in hell I'll ever order from those bananas, so if anyone would like the new 2006-2007 Big Black Book, pm me your address and I'll mail it. Oh, and guess what's coming soon!! Online shopping! LOL! |

Well, maybe their customer service is actually that. THey've already done the hard part - procuring the actual hair from AD.
The price is certainly right. But I bet the shipping and VAT is a killer. Oh and by the way, the Liquid Gold in AD's catalog is not the REAL LG, but their own brand: 
Can you imagine the cheek? Unless they're in some deal with the real LG and are putting their own label on it. Somehow I think not. |

I spoke to them regarding the Liquid Gold a while back when placing an order by phone, and Mandeep ( I think I've spelled the name right) said it is the same Liquid Gold, they just have it relabelled and packaged to their specifications.
I know they are a sucky company but even they aren't likely to risk getting sued for that! |

I did a fake shopping cart and it looks like its $31.63.And thats after adding in shipping to The usa.
If you live in the U.K. you can get it for 24.14 first class.
