I'm ready to crown Monica Crowley as the news babe with the best hair on TV. She was just on Don Imus' morning show -- looking spectacular -- and announced she would be hosting MSNBC's news at 1 p.m. (Eastern) Thursdays and Fridays. Her gorgeous blonde hair, straight and parted to the side, is about BSL. If Gogomags.com posts a photo, I'll pass it on later today. In the meantime, here is an undated photo of her. Note that her hair is more brilliant than it appears here. You've really got to see her on TV to fully appreciate her.

She's a nice looking woman, but a very ordinary hairstyle. She looks

I know those top links don't work any more, but Monica Crowley doesn't look like she did back then either. She's lost her crown as the newsbabe with the best hair.

 Oddly, if her hair was in the growing phase and had never been longer, I'd probably be delighted with the progress. But it's certainly not as long as it used to be.

Fortunately, the hair is still pretty, but Monica had been one of the few "talking heads" whose hair had merited a double-take. I'm with you, Jared, but since she's pushing 40, peer pressure will probably take her shorter, if anything.  Best, Bob
