Date Posted: April 17 2000 at 6:50am Hi, I was wondering if you could give your professional opinion on something I heard about silicones: I heard that if they are not one of the first ingredients, then you don't have to worry as much about build up. This is referring to ones that are not water-soluble. So if for example dimethicone was not one of the first ingredients on a label, should I still be concerned about build-up?
