Pound cake parfait:
1 deck of cards sized slice of pound cake
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (or any variety that you like)
1/2 cup of strawberries
2 tbsp of loose granola
I've been eating a variation of this (this recipe, without the pound cake) with my lunch every day for about a month... and was finally able to gain some needed weight. ------------- http://anaissatin.livejournal.com">  my LJ , 40 inches long
