It sounds like you are describing more of a Lisa Rinna look than a pixie.
#5030, #5035, #5982 and #5052 are examples of pixie cuts.

What is your hair like now? And have you ever had short hair? It can take a bit of getting used to and mine requires a lot more use of products to make it look good. Also more maintenance.
