lol 30 minute nonstop means ur arms are going to be soreee thts basically a workout ------------- It like a Tornado out, Its hard to see with my waves spinnin' about.

i brush whenever i can most of the time its during commericials so its lots of 2 min brushings maybe 15 times a day -------------
