Ill try to get the product info on the website this weekend. This is the info from the LG company:

LIQUID GOLD BOND SEALER will help keep oils and moisture away from the bonded area for a even longer lasting
bond. But even without the sealer, Liquid Gold will stay on 3-5 times longer then other bonding products. Bond Sealer
is applied with a color applicator brush directly to the bonded area, when dry it creates a invisible barrier against oil
and moisture.

sherrie, i dont use LG.....but i have wondered if using the LG bond sealer along each Protac weft (especially for people who arent getting the 6-8weeks of wear out of Protac) would help keep the tape from breaking down so quickly.........lol, i just havent donated a section of my head to experiment (sacrifice) yet but i think i may order some from you soon and check it out

im going to try it on a small section, my only worry is that it may make removal more difficult...or i guess it could effect the Protac in some negative way

JeepGirl, you use the bond sealer AFTER your bonds are installed. You use a brush (like a small paint brush or a tint brush) and brush the sealer directly onto the bonded area.

Ok Nursie.... you gonna be the ginney-pig for the pro-tac/liquid gold test?..... or am I.... or maybe Sherrie.....well you do have access to the product.....lol....just a thought. It can't be any worse than my proclaim glue getting it out.... but if it holds.... we may have a winner!
Rock, paper or scissors girls?

yep Jeepgirl, I will def. be trying out the LG sealer on the protac. Im not sure if it will make alot of difference at this stage of my install. But I am curious with a new install, if it would make it last longer by using it from the start.

I have that bond sealer and I've used it on LG and on Protac. It did seem to keep my LG fresh a bit longer but didn't make any difference at all to my Protac... but then I had a really bad run with Protac in general. I won't touch that stuff at all now. When I did get it to hold, it was a gummy mess after about a week... so maybe you ladies who can use Protac will find the bond sealer makes a difference for them.

Dunebug, you're so funny! You seem to have tried it all!
Are you back to LG? How long do your installs last with the LG sealer? Did you ever hear from bitchyV I mean ChrissyV?

I am back to LG yes... haha, I havent quite tried it all yet, I've never worn a sew in weave! (but thats the next thing I'm trying!)
I havent heard from CV... apprently she doesnt care that people pay $50 for a product that doesnt work...
My LG installs probably last 3 weeks without the sealer and 4 with.
Still not spectacular I know, but nothing bond related works very well on my hair, its so quick and easy that I can deal with switching it out once a month though. My hair grows fast so after a month I always feel like its time anyway.
