They sent me a color ring along with some samples.
Does anyone know from experience if their blondes truly match their color ring? Or are they more yellow?
Is this good hair?

I've been wearing the same Natural Body Wagman since February, and yes it is great hair. Can't answer your color question, but I know the blondes were happy with the color when Amm was selling this hair as Elite Remy.

Wagman doesn't have many premium wefts in the blond colors left...I think they are doing the indian remy premium wefts in blond colors in 6-8 weeks though...I just ordered way too much hair from them than I know what to do with, but I finally got the perfect install, so I'm happy!

I personally do not like the GCS hair.. I think it's too coarse and too dry looking.. But that is simply MY opinion.. I do like the Premium Remi in natural colors..

Oh yeah forgot to add.. according to Patty they do not send samples of the COLORED GCS hair out.. (I presume this is because this hair is on sale and limited to stock on hand)

amm...which hair was it that you sold as Elite Remy? Was it the GCS or the indian premium remy?

It's all GCS on premium wefts. Even the samples WP sends out is GCS hair. One classification of the hair is processed to texture and color and is more expensive, the other is processed to texture and runs a bit less.

Sure thing!
The chart for this hair looks like this:
The colored hair is the textured only hair taken one step further. Texture patterns on the colored hair will differ slightly because the extra processing weakens the texture and makes it less defined.
For dark hair users, I would suggest the texture only because you can color it up a few shades. For light blondes, the colored hair is the best option. The textured only can be colored up to blonde but it's definitely not as nice as the hair that's already colored by the manufacturer.

I had the gsc hair install on Thursday and I hate it. It is dry and coarse. I should have stuck with Giovanni. I sat for 16 hours getting micro braids with this hair. I haven't shampoo and condition it yet, but I really don't think that is going to help. I will wear this for a month and it has to go. The braids are so small I need them to grow out a little to take them down.

Thanks nursie I just came back from my salon and I shampoo and condition with biolage hydrating products, blowdried and flat iron with my chi flat irons and it still feels like HAY!!!!!!! I hate it I don't think I will make a month with this. I can only wear it in a bun or maybe pin up messy, but that is taking a big chance. Oh well . I think I am going to to hairlocs in the middle the crown and then do micro braids around the hairline . Hairlocs will take about 3hrs and the micros should be maybe 5hrs, so that cuts my time in half. I HATE THIS HAIR

I live in Long Beach , California and I have three colors of the GSC Hair
#4,#8,#14 a beautiful combination but the hair is like His and Her is is really bad. I went to my salon and shampoo with Biolage products, blowdried and flat iron and it is still bad. Day by day I'm think about taking it down, know matter if it hurts some. The girl who braided my hair call today and wants me to take picture with it down. I told her it was not going to happen, I can only wear it in a bun.

I thought the GCS was dry also, but not THAT bad...I had it in for about 2 weeks (could have had it in longer, and can definitely use again...but I have a big thing this weekend, so I took out my install), and did a number of swims and washes, plus I dyed it with 10vol....it tangled more than my premium indian, and Amms elite remy, but wasnt "the worst"...plus is wasn't too expensive...I got 4oz. of #8 double-wefted for $48.50

Well tbctbc, you where lucky because I can only wear my gcs hair in a bun not even in a sexy ponytail, because again it looks like HAY. I have a reputation to uphold and my clients will wonder what the hell is wrong with my hair. I can't let them see me slip, so I will wear this in a cute bun then take it out and replace it with Giovanni hair, and they will never know. And yes the hair is cheap, but it ain't worth a dime.

How did your braider braid your hair? Did she fold it? You can't fold hair that has the cuticles aligned because if you do it will turn into a big bushy mess. Even with Giovanni hair, it'll turn bushy and tangled if it's remi and folded. If your braider has to fold the hair make sure the overlap part is all braided up and not exposed. Boyhme, Adorable and Synthetic hair is good for braids because it's not remi hair and can be folded.

Fair enough, I have no reputation to uphold...its just me:)
I was able to wear it down most days, I just flat ironed and curled slightly...but its sticky humid hot right now, so buns are good too...

I have used Giovanni hair for over eight years and never have I had any problems and never have I had problems with EP hair. I truly do believe it is the hair. I even curl a put a rubber band around some of the hair I had left over and flat iron it, it is just not right. But thanks afro puff for the info.
