Hi everyone.
You might remember a couple of weeks ago I was asking for help with my hair. It used to be waist length until I dyed it blonde, then tried going back to brown, etc. Well...your advice has already paid off! I can't believe it!
First, I started majorly conditioning...everyday. I even leave a little bit of conditioner in my hair when showering. I don't rinse it completely out. (Granted, I might have to use a clarifier once in awhile now too)
Second, I quit using high heat. I HAVE to blow dry or I am a frizz factory, but I use the lower heat setting on the blow dryer.
Third, I use the curling iron with NO hairspray. It leave my hair soft....and it takes away the frizz from the fried-ness.
Additionally I have "upped" my Biotin intake to 3000mcg daily, and I drink lots of Green Tea. (Diet only of course)
I have already seen growth in just 2 weeks and my hair is in better condition already!!
