Can someone please tell me if the Goldwell oxycur platin bleach is a blue powder or white powder bleach?

Light blue powder... for very high levels of lift.

I' am looking for a high lifting bleach that is white. Thank you for all of your help.

I think Aveda Enlightener is white, but I'm not positive.  Maybe the e-bay seller can verify?

Aveda is a white bleach.
 
Oxycur Platin is a good bleach however it does swell BIG TIME!!! Careful when applying it it swells in the foils more than your average bleach.
