My hair is very dry so I need to moisturize alot and this causes my hair to be weighed down and greasy feeling.  My hair also does not seem to move because of the amount of moisturizer I have to use.   The only time my hair actually has body and movement is when I use less moisturizer but then my hair feels dry. Does anyone know what I could use to make my hair feel moisturized but not weighed down???

The moisturizers I am currently using are ORS Olive oil moisturizer, elasta QP mango butter, and Hollywood Beauty olive oil cream.

I found this moisturizer that I am testing...
It is called Ojon. The products base is a palm nut that was used by a native american tribe. So far as a moisturizer it is nice. It conditions my hair without weighing it down and has a nice cocoa smell. The only thing is it also claims to help treat breakage which I sometimes have a problem with because my hair is relaxed. Waiting to see any improvements in that area. But I am also looking for other suggestions on a daily moisturizer.
So speak up Ladies!

Either you're using too much or your moisturizer is too heavy for your hair...I use s-curl..it's fantastic a little goes a long way

I'm going to have to try this s-curl stuff. I keep hearinf positive feedback about it. Once my Ojon is gone I am going to try a bottle. Who else uses S-curl and loves it?

I just use Pantene Pro-V Smooth Start.  It's a lightweight smoothing comb-in treatment designed to hydrate frizzy hair.  Sure, its in the "green section" so it's supposed to be for sleek, straight styles but I found that when I used to wear my hair straight it didn't work very well at all.  And since I've started to wear my hair in its natural curls I kept using it and now it works wonders!  I don't know how I would get by without it.  It's so light that I can put it in my hair everyday.  I've realized that sometimes those good ole staple name brand products can work the best on your hair versus the "natural" stuff.

You might just want to do one moisturizer and then a light oil to seal the moisture in. I also have dry hair. I use Profectiv(megagrowth) and then use Kemi-oyl to seal it.
