Hey,
 
I have short curly hair mix of 3c, 4a, and a little 3b.  I will be going blonde this summer but don't know any salons in Las vegas.  I'm trying to locate someone who understands the needs of curly hair and also has experience taking brown hair blonde.  I am not looking for highlights I'm doing my whole head of virgin hair.
