who out there owns a boar's hair brush?? i have one and i really love it.. i boiled mine in hot water about 10-15 minutes when i first bought it to make it soft and it worked!! for those of you that own one, what do you do as far as cleaning it goes?? thanks in advance!!!

cea, I have Boar's Bristle Brush from Mason Pearson. I love mine too! I clean it a few different ways. First, I run my horn comb through it to get out all the hair and lint. Then, it came with a special cleaning tool that I run over the bristles to get the sebum out. Every so often, I use some diluted shampoo and warm water and wash both brush and comb.
