Hey i am Kel. i have been visiting the site for a while and just reading. Loads of great stuff on there.   So i signed up today. wuppeee...

My issue is i have discovered i have 2 textures on my head. 4c in the front and 3c in the back. how messed up is that. Does anyone have this issue and how do you deal with it???

so i started taking the hairtopia vits about maybe 3 wks now but i don't see any significant change. i have a 2 mths supply so hopefully something happens by the time they expire before i make a decision.

are the hot tools ceramic flat irons any good. My hair is relaxed with a no-lye kit for children. i am looking for something that won't scorch my hair. everyone keeps talking about CHI but they are $$$$.

Do not get a Chi flat iron. They suck! They are not real ceramic, just ceramic coated. They will work fine at the begining but little by little will start to dry your hair. You will start to notice that as time passes by, it will no longer heat up as well. And they have a tendency to short out quickly. Usually within 7-9 months.

Go to Folica.com and yourself either a Sedu or a Solia flat iron. They are amazing. Read the reviews. There is even pictures you can look at. If you are looking for the best value, get the Solia, it is a great iron and will give you the straight hair you are looking for. Pair it up with Redken heat glide and you will be in love.

Many people on this site have gotten them and are very happy they did. I've tried them all, I even got the $398 Bio-ionic ( I don't know what I was thinking) and it didn't come close to my Sedu. Not the Chi, not the T3 , not the Adam sphere (which I paid $150 for) not the Helen ot Troy, nothing and I mean nothing compares to those two irons. They have free shipping and a 30 day money back guarantee. So you have nothing to loose. Give it a try.

Good luck and great hair.
