And btw would something like procerin or propecia be effective against this type of hairloss? I want to know before I spend some money.

That's not really hairloss but roots from black dye . There's hairloss that looks like that though and it's either all over stress thinning or the start of male pattern baldness that results in hair left round the head but not the top.
