i need to know what kind of mousse would i use to get my hair looking like this? it looks wet because its sweaty but i like that look and i heard i should use mousse but hwta kind and brand?

You sure sound desperate.  You might get more replies if you were specific in your subject line.  "help~!~PLEASE" could refer to a million different things.
 
Mousse gives the hair body -- the exact opposite of the hair here.  What you want is a greasy look.  You can use cooking oil or some kind of a silicone spray or gel.

It does seem nasty but I've used olive oil for conditioning and not only is it effective, but it does put a little... *oily shine* into the locks.  = )  I believe I've seen a photo image of your hair somewhere in the forums and your hair is quite thick.  You would need a product that would weigh your hair as well as hold the strands together in a sort of pastey manner.  You could even try mousing max to assist you in the drying process, then apply a bit of oil about an inch from the scalp and work it in from this point.  Good luck  : )
