Hi everyone. My hair keeps coming out in long strands!! All I have to do is pull my ends or run my fingers through my hair and i'll get a few long strands in my hand . What should I do? I'm not sure if I need more protein or more moisture.

Check to see if there is a little white bulb at the end of the strands by examining the hairs under a lighted lamp, this will indicate that it's normal shedding, if you dont see it then it's breakage. You may need a combination of more protein and moisture, but check to see if your hair is actually breaking first.
