I was wondering does it make a huge difference if I warm the oil before putting it on my hair? I usually just put it on straight from the bottle (jojoba, olive oil). Would I see better results if it was really warm?

Well, heat opens the cuticle of your hair, allowing the conditioning effects in. Are you just oiling your hair without any heat? (ie, not wetting your hair with warm water, not wrapping your head in a warm towel or heatcap, etc.) I have just oiled my hair with good results, but I do leave it in overnight when I do that. By the time I get the oil on my wet hair and get it ready to wrap up the oil and the water are cold, anyway. My heatcap does the work, there. In my experience there isn`t a huge difference. Do whatever you can work into your schedule.

HTH!
