Date Posted: August 01 2000 at 1:21pm I have heard of a sort of "paint-on" temporary hair coloring -- I think it's done with a wand. I have blonde hair highlighted but my roots are beginning to show. Has anyone had any experience with anything like this and could you recommend a good brand? Thanks
