Any recommendations?  I have to go there next month & have no idea about good restaurant suggestions.

Oh wow.  Memory lane.  I haven't lived in St. Louis for over 20 years but when I did, I loved the Hacienda- both the original one and the one on Manchester.

Of course after I moved to Dallas I really figured out what Tex Mex was and when I would visit St. Louis The Hacienda held great memories but the food was definitely not the Tex Mex from Dallas.  :-)
