ladies i recently read an article by sistaslick on LHCF, two days ago about feeding our hair what it needs at diferent times, our hair changes and we must learn to understand it and not put it on a strict weekly calendar.

anyways, maybe you can find this article, or i will post the site.
would anyone know if M&T products are all protien based, i would'nt want to use only protein on my hair b/c it can weaken the strands overtime, i also would like a recomendation for a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that i can use weekly. i prefer deep protein treatments monthly especially after relaxers

M&T are protein products.  A good moisturizing shampoo that is raved about is Cream Of Nature in the green and white bottle.  I use it, I am very pleased.  CON also makes a moisturizing conditioner, it has a purple cap.  Some other good ones are Paul Mitchell Supercharged, Humecto, Moisturefuse.  Sistaslick also listed some other moisturizers in her post.
