I have never gotten a manicure or pedicure before, but in a couple of weeks I plan to so I can get a fresh start for school. I'm going to be a junior, btw.

Anyway, what I want to know is what's the difference between a regular manicure/pedicure and a french manicure/pedicure. I know that the french one consists of the white tips, but is that the only difference?

I'm thinking of getting a regular manicure and a french pedicure.

A french manicure or pedicure is done with white on the tip and ususally a pink or beige over the whole nail.  Yes that is the only difference.
