If its the spray, i'd say bout once everyday, and if you follow wit the gel like the directions say, gel every other day. -------------  ,

i use s-curl activator and mosturizer almost everyday
to keep mah hair soft
if im not using that im using doo groo

i use it u use it after u wash ure hair in the morning and after u wash ure hair in the night
