I have lived in Jacksonville NC for 3 years, and have yet to find a decent stylist. Does anyone know of a SUPERB stylist here in Jacksonville NC? I have really had some terrible haircuts in this town. My hair is now really long, and I would like to get some layers added, without sacrificing my entire head of hair. Help!!
