I'm a 22 year old male who's hair has changed quite a bit over the years. Back when I was in high school I had soooo much hair, and it was VERY VERY thick, course and wavy. I had to get a relaxer just to make it straight and manageable. However I did receive a few burns from the chemicals being so strong.
As the years went on and I cut my hair off, I noticed my hair changing even more. I dont seem to have "as much" as I used to, though I'm not going bald. The only time my hair looks nice and thick are the days its washed and dried. After a day or two, my hair looks oily and appears thin, with visible scalp which I hate cuz I've never had that problem.
I shaved my head earlier last year because I was just tired of dealing with it. Although it has grown back and I've used Viviscal, I still have the remaining problems mentioned above I thought Viviscal would fix.
My question is, is there anything I can do to "fix" or at least improve my situation? My diet is very clean, no junk food and lots of water each day. I'm seriously debating shaving my head again, as much as I love my hair I would hate to see it go because of this again.
