I don't know what to call it Date Posted: October 09 2000 at 2:54pm My daughter wants a hair accessory we've seen on some of her friends..I don't know what to call it. It looks like a ribbon or something wrapped around a small strand of hair all the way to the ends...it hangs just a small amount below the ends of the hair. It's not a scrunchie or a band of any kind. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
