Im goin 2 b a senior this year n since its summer i haven't been oilin it like i should so on friday nite i had a date and i curled my hair and oiled it then the otha day i was twirlin my hair and all the sudden a ball of hair came out n its been doin dat 4 the past 2 days....I've come 2 the conclusion that i've destroyed my hair 4 good because its so dry and i put all that heat on it

My daily hair routine is washing it 1 every 2 weeks using motions lavish conditioning shampoo then i use motions conditioner...I usually blowdry it then put oil through my hair n curl it thats been my routine since the 7th grade but after reading the forum i kno imma b bold by the age of 25 ...So basically my question is how can i rejuvenate my hair n make it stronger and healthier

I read on here that u should only us heat if u have 2 but i have no otha way 2 do my hair...everytime i wrap  my hair 1 side is perfect n otha is all messed up...i hate the way i look in braids...i dont kno how 2 do anything n im so frustrated i need help

So basically my question is how can i rejuvenate my hair n make it stronger and healthier and how can i still wear my hair out wit out curlin it every morning and puttin so much heat on it

Have you tried doing pin curls?  You can curl your hair after you wash it and blow dry it and then the following nights pin curl it or use hair rollers to keep the curls the rest of the week.

Also, you could braid/ 2 strand twist your hair while it's wet and airdry it over night...take it down and you will have either spirally hair ( from 2 strand twist)  or crinkly hair ( from braids).

You can also pin your hair up into nice style such as buns, french rolls, and the list goes on.

How does the oil make your hair feel? If you are using plain oil on your hair after blow drying it could be making your hair feel dry.  Have you tried mixing a pea size amount of oil into your hair with conditioner in it instead of adding it directly to your hair?

I agree you should try pincurling or rollersetting...after you've washed your hair make sure you are putting a moisturizer on your wet hair and sealing it in with an oil.

you also could try cowashing since your hair is so dry...and prepoos are another thing that helps my hair combat dryness

also instead of blowdrying airdry your hair...blowdryers are pretty harsh on hair b/c of the direct heat.

Yous should also deep condition your hair more often with a moisturizing conditioner.  Instead of blow drying you hair and using the curling iron why dont you try rollersetting your hair and sitting under a hooded dryer or letting it airdry.  By doing this your hair will dry smooth and will have some curl to it.

First which Motions conditioner are you using?  I would suggest using Motions CPR Deep Conditioning Treatment and then following it up with Motions Moisture Plus since you have been blowdrying and hot curling on a regular basis.  Also have you tried wet wrapping your hair and sitting under the dryer.  You should find that by doing this you won't have to curl your hair(depending on how long your hair is).  I agree with the suggestion of pincurls and bantu knots.  You could also try using some flexirods or satin covered rollers.  HTH
