One bad hair color/cut after another.  I'm thinking the best thing is to just shave my head.  Why can't anyone get it right?  Is it really that hard?
I tell them what I want (partial foil).  I even show them a picture and describe the color I want (and don't want).  What happens?  I come out bright red/orange on the top and you can't even tell my hair was colored on the bottom.  Why is that?  Being I'm also thin on the top, it stands out.  It looks stupid.  Then comes the worst part.  I have never had my eyebrows done.  She was talking to another customer about it and I asked, since I was interested.  She said it was $12.  I never agreed to have it done.  After she rinsed my hair and put on the gloss, she started grabbing the wax and doing my eyebrow.  I figured maybe she was doing it for free, as a first time customer or something, since I never told her I wanted it done.  My head was laying back in the bowl and she did one side.  Then she moved over to my other side and did that eyebrow.  Being it was night and I have bad eyesight in bright light, I said I would look when I got home.  I was shocked.  They were uneven.  It looked like I was raising one eyebrow.  I would say one brow is about 1/2" higher than the other.  What am I supposed to do?  I shouldn't have to use a pencil to fill it in.  What's the point of spending $12 if it doesn't look perfect?  So now I have uneven, strange looking eyebrows and bright red/orange on the top of my hair.  I just want to cry .  I wish I could call in sick tomorrow, but I can't.  That's how horrible I feel.  I pay $75+ dollars and I look worse than when I went in.

You know-sounds to me like you need to start over. Don't be sad for too long.
First of all: tell that butcher she ruined your hair and eyebrows and tell her you want your money back or you'll sue her or something. Let her know you're very unhappy and you'll make bad publicity!

Second: don't make any rash decisions. Can you wear a scarf on your head for now and maybe you can raise your other eyebrow a bit. Nobody's eyebrows are symmetrical anyway... .

Hey, maybe you'll look cool with an almost bald head! I know I did and I'll most likely go back to that... the comfort is just so amazing

Just let your dissapointment go away a little and see what you can do.
Good luck!

Thanks for the support!
For now, I'm going to clip my hair back since most of the reddness is at the top so if it's back, you don't see it as much.  I'll see what another stylist can do on my day off.
As for my eyebrows, do they grow back once they are waxed?  How long does that usually take to fill back in?  Are we talking 6 mo or more?  I just can't believe she would do it while my head is in the bowl rather than looking at me from the front.
I will definitely ask for a refund for the eyebrow waxing.  I'm not sure what to do yet about the hair color.  I MIGHT see if she can fix it first then take it from there.

Eyebrows grow back real quick, so don't you worry about that... in a few weeks you won't even know something was wrong
