Date Posted: October 29 2000 at 3:01pm Is the a difference in the quality of the color you would get buying at Sally's Beauty supply vs. at the drugstore? I was just at Sally's and noticed they have a new slection from Loeal called Mega Browns with some nice shades( Brandy, Spice Etc...) and I haven't seen these at the drugstore. I know it is cheaper to buy from Sally's but is the quality or selection better? Thanks Susannah
