A looong time ago... when i dyed my hair black... I used to use Hair Mascara when I went out, to put some fun streaks in it... sometimes gold, sometimes red... so match my outfit...
I went in search of some the other day...and COULDN"T FIND IT at the Walmart or Walgreens... anyone know where to get some? I don't want to pay a ton for it .. maybe 5$, give or take, for a tube...

I got some (UV-reactive blue) at the five and dime once. It was okay, I guess, but a bit too waxy for me. Dunno if the ones at beauty supply places are any less waxy.

yep. sally beauty supply sore, .. i remember seeing it there and it wasn't too expensive. $3 or $4.
