Hi ladies,

i am transitioning my last relaxer being 4 months ago. its time to go back to school and i have no idea what to do with my hair. i would love to weave it b/c this grows my hair in the past i had three inches of growth from weaveing the whole semester!

it is very difficult to deal with the natural hair and relaxed tips. my weve wont blend and im on the verge of relaxing im reaching my breaking point . please post some advice it is really needed.

i was thinking of doing a full head weave but very scared that it might not look natural. i bought a pack of hair wich included the top piece for 15.99 please tell me how to make this thing look natural if not i might have to  slap on some tcb lye and i dont want to do that. ive worked hard for 4 months.

I've done a full head weave.  With the  right styling, it can look great!
But when I took the weave out...my hair was very thin!

I recommend braids, cornrows or something to that effect.  If you can't braid, I'm sure there are some girls on your campus that do it as a side hussle!

You can always flat iron your hair when you want it straight.  But rollersets are my friend, I love the way my hair comes out, it really blends the two textures.

Don't give up...I know it's hard, but well worth it, my hair is thicker since I've stop relaxing.

Don't worry as long as you have the right stylist you can do a full head of weave fine. But it is better to do cornrows or flat twists.

Girl, wig it up! I have 3 half wigs to help me out. I cornrolls my hair in the winter. I start the cornrolls not so much in the front but more towrads the middle of my scalp. Grease your scalp with Shapley MTG, take your vitamins and don't touch it for a week or two and let me tell you, when you undo them cornrolls, you'd be like where all this hair come from!

OR.....

Co-wash it everyday, put some castor oil (or any good oil) in it to keep it nice and moisturized, put it in a pony tail BUT DON'T COMB IT, take your vits, and let me tell, you'd be like my hair is so soft and where'd all this hair come from!

Co-sign with Vanity3 too.

I am attempting my 3rd try and to no relaxing. The 1st two times I made it to month 4 and gave in. But man those 4 months, my hair grew strong. That's why I'm attempting it one more time. The only problem I face is that my hair is sooooooo thick. I already broke 4 combs and 1 brush. But keep in mind the key word is THICK! My boyfriend loves it! He wants my hair natural and down to my bootay! And so do I. So keep on keeping on my sister. I'm right there with ya!

Slick back your hair with gel while its wet and put it in a bun. If you slick it down while wet then tie it down tight with a scarf to let it dry you will have a slick back style that is wavy.
