| it is a leave in moisturizer and i use it every time needed. usually after washing and when im styling. so its pretty much everyday. but i must say it is the best moisturizer ive used in a LONG TIME!!! so go out and get it, its worth the money. plus, u dont have to use a lot to get the benefits. |

It could be used both ways...as a daily moisturizer or as a
leave-in...I used it in the past as a daily moisturizer...it seems to
work better for me as a mositurizer than a leave-in .
