It made mine thicker and mine is already thick. Also it's good to use when you are experiencing excessive shedding. Always good to use a good moisturizing deep conditioning treatment after a protein treatment.  -------------

The whole name is Joico K-pak deep penetrating reconstructor. Protein makes your hair appear thicker, but it doesn't in fact make it thicker. K-pak is an exellent protein reconstructor and it has the right molecular weight to be able to penetrate the hair. It is a favorite amongs many stylists and in my opinion aphogee doesn't even come close.

I think it helps with the apperance of making it look thicker,but does not actualy make it thicker. You should try NEXXUS DIAMETRESS shampoo. (you can get it at cvs,wal-mart,and rite aid now not just at salons)
It is a hair thickening shampoo meant for people like you (and me!).
I love this shampoo it makes my hair very bouncy and full.
