Does anyone have any advice on what to do for thinned crowned area.  The right and left side of my crown has been thin for as long as I can remember and since I'm on this  journey to grow my hair to a long and healthy state, why not work on my crown. 

If you have any suggestions or advice I would greatly appreciate it.

How often do you deep condition?  I think deep conditioning helps.  It helped to make my hair thicker overall.  I deep condition at least once a week, sometimes 2.

I really haven't been keeping up with my hair, so to answer the question...I guess it's hardly ever.  It's now I'm starting to pay better attention to my hair.  I'll try it and see what happens...I'm desperate right about now to see some changes in my edges.
