karen or anyone else, i am an asian girl who is doing her graduation. i have thin flyaway hair which cant be cut too short as i have a large face for a very short and quite plump. i need a hairstyle which is very manageable and not too fussy `cause i may not have too much time for styling each day. i would be really thankful if you`d help me.

The very best style for your hair type is either a graduated shag that tapers around your face framing it and highlighting your features OR a cross between a bob and a graduated shag. Either style should be low maintainence if you have hair that is straight. The flyaway part can be tamed with a light moisturizing shampoo with the key word on light. Or you can try a good volume enhancing product like Matrix Amplify with the Matrix Amplify gel. Do not use a heavy shampoo or else it will weigh down your thin hair.

Also, you might want to consider some carefully placed and low maintenance hair streaks. The highlights will give more dimension, thus depth, to your hair and will also help to slenderize your face.

Texturizing around your face so that you have more layers will also help a lot. I would either select a hot shag type of look or a graduated bob.

Best wishes,
Karen
