Hey guys,

Everyone seems to be getting excited about teams so Karen has asked me to put together a plan for how we should have teams battle each other.  I have a few ideas and have been reading the suggestions posted already, but I'd like it if you guys will give me some more feedback and ideas.

Let me know what you guys want and I'll try to put together something that everyone likes.

Here are some of my current thoughts, although they are all open to change:

  • Teams should be fairly small to keep everything competitive.  I'm thinking 5 members total, 1 being captain.
  • I could make a new forum just for team battles to take place.  It would be closed like the current battle forum to keep it clean, but anyone could post a reply in a battle poll - just not make new topics.
  • Offical competitions should be held possibly once a month?
  • I'd like to give each team its own subforum where only its members can talk.
  • We could possibly do ladder tournaments to determine the top teams.
  • I've got a million other ideas but I'm going to sit back for a while and see what you guys suggest.

what do you mean by ladder tournaments?
