| i have tick thick thick slightly wavy hair. and it falls just past my shoulders. the problem? its damaged from heat and color. ive heard your supposed to cut off an inch but that would make my hair too short to pull into a pony which is practical for my job. any suggestions? |

Go to the Straight talk forum and read "Hair Breakage" topic. They are talking about hair damage after relaxation, but this advises will work for heat damage too. Sharyg11 is the one who knows a lot about hair and regularly posts on this forum. Try to found her other replies. She is full of great advises. Good luck. |
