I just received my clip on Remy human hair extensions and I am so sad and disappointed. I ordered 18" length and the wefts barely hit 18" and they are soooooooooo thin, plus one of the 6" wefts was missing. I paid $159 for this set and I feel it was a total waste of $$$$$. Has any one else ordered from hairandextensions.com? The customer service was good but I am not pleased with the product. Are the remy wefts usually very, very thin?

Sorry to hear that... I know when you are so excited about something and it's not what you expect how dissapointing that can be Disapprove..  I wouldn't wear them or anything, package them back up and you should be able to return them with no problem.  Call them or email them and find out there return policy.   I placed an order with them a few weeks ago and the product wasn't in stock so  I emailed and called them a few times and nothing...( was a little worried, for I have never used this company)  But then a couple of days later I was refunded all my money!!!

Well, I ordered a different stuff from hairandextensions, that is Bohyme wefts, it's supposed to be great hair, and it really sucked!!!
I emailed them about the problem, but no response!

Frenchie, still no response????   I know it took me a few days like 4 or 5 before I heard anything?   That really sucks!!  Have you done anything with the hair?  Have you left phone and email messages???  Looks like good customer service is hard to find?  And if companies don't provide it, they will loose business!!!! and that is a fact!

I didn't harass them or send them tons of mails, maybe I should.
The hair lays miserable in its plastic bag...don't know what to do with it.
It's been a while now since I let them know... hairandextensions.com apparently has a good reputation so I don't understand this attitudeDisapprove

at least hairandextensions has a phone number on their website, many sites you can only contact through email......i would call them if i were you, and remember you catch more flies with honey :)

Hey Skinnieminnie..... what ever happened with this???   I called them Friday for Frenchie inquiring about refund etc... and they were very helpful!!!  have you followed up on this?   I think it's very important to be satisfied!!  So don't just let this go, get your money back and get the hair you paid for.   Keep us posted girl!  Smile

hey Rocket.  I just got an email today.  They were very nice and said no problem on the return.  I feel bad because their customer service is great but the hair was just so, so. 

I still want to try to get some good hair but I'm so gun shy I don't know what to try next.

I ordered from hairandextensions.com, although I was a little off with the curl patterned, this hair is beautiful! It's holding up amazingly well through washings. And it wasn't so expensive either!

I'm sorry to hear you have had such bad experience! Don't give up, there is still lots of great hair out there!!

It's good to hear they were nice with the return.

Very Good!!!!   So glad to hear you can return the hair!!!  I called them  today and asked again about their return policy!!! and he stated that they do indeed have a 90 day guarantee!!!!   so get your money and try again somewhere else!!! 
 
What type of hair are you looking for?  what is your texture do you have any pictures?
