Okay, I told you before I tried to get my hair dyed perfessionally from a dark blonde/very light brown to a medium brown, but I ended up with medium brown hair in the back with slightly red roots and dark brown bangs.
 
I have an idea, ..could I possibly colorfix my hair (but not the root area) until it's the blonde color ..and then do the roots until that's all about the same?
 
Then go over it with the dye I want? Would this even work or would I just mess it up even more?
