I have learned so much from all of you.
I am so ready to join the ranks of strong, happy, compitant, confidant long haired women.
I have reconected with parts of myself
I had forgotten.
I finally understand myself. :)

Altho I`ve got really short hair (& I`m pretty content with it), I`m a big fan of long hair, too. I think that really long hair can look absolutely wonderful. If you think it suits you, and you`re comfortable with it, then ROCK ON, girl! Its a big plus that your husband likes it, too. :)
Good luck growing it and rediscovering the parts of yourself that it brings out. I think that hair is a very personal thing and the way we wear it has a profound psychological effect on us. I hope that you find something wonderful during your experience!

PS-Also, it sounds like you have a really good relationship with your husband, where you can talk about things openly and are willing to make small sacrifices to please each other. Now, I`m only 17 and maybe I don`t have a good understanding of things, but it seems to me that what you have is a rare and wonderful thing. :) :) :)
